I agree with you and Schaeffer there.

War is really the antithesis of missionary work. War involving the heathen is guaranteed right up unto the second coming of Christ, Joel 3 (the call to arms is NOT to God's people) and Isaiah 2:3-5. Our primary work is spreading the gospel, I keep thinking of the religion-fueled wars in progress all over the world as I write this. Christ's love is the only answer.
